Order Status

Once we have received your order, we always aim to send it to you as quickly as possible. As the order get�s processed it will pass through some different stages and the status of the order will change. Below are the current order statuses and a brief description of what that actually means.

Not Yet Dispatched

This means your order hasn't yet entered the dispatch process. If there are items with different availabilities (eg: On Demand: 3-14 days), everything will be sent to you when the entire order is ready. This is the only status during which you can make guaranteed changes to your order.

In Picking

This means all or part of your order has entered the Picking process. Assuming all ordered items are in stock you order will then move into dispatch. We cannot guarantee any requested changes to an order once it has entered the Picking process.

Dispatching Soon

This means all or part of your order has entered the dispatch process. It will leave our warehouse as soon as it is ready, usually within the next 24 hours. You cannot change or cancel an order online once it has entered the dispatch process.

Recently Dispatched

This means all or the last part of your order left our warehouse within the last 3 days. To view more details click on the "View" button next to the order where you will be able to see the exact dates when dispatch has taken place.

Recently Part Dispatched

This means part of your order left our warehouse within the last 3 days. To view more details click on the "View" button next to the order where you will be able to see the exact dates when dispatch has taken place.

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforseen delivery delays.

Part Dispatched

This means part of your order left our warehouse more than 3 days ago. To view more details click on the "View" button next to the order where you will be able to see the exact dates when dispatch has taken place.
